We’re faced with a lot of questionable things going on. We don’t know when we’re going back to work. We don’t know when our kids are going back to school. We don’t know when the grocery store will have toilet paper again. But what we do have control over is the fact that we’re probably binge eating everything in sight. Sound familiar? Don’t worry, I feel you too. What if we can aim towards finding our Food Freedom when all of this uncertainty is going on? What if we can finally have control over something that has given us anxiety? What if we can take control over the flareups we could be experiencing due to the stress? It’s all in the education –

- April 8 – 12 – Planning & Prep Work – This week we will plan and prepare for the Whole30. This is essential, preparing for the next phase of your life will take working through some issues that you may be dealing with and it begins with emotional and physical preparing. Let’s get started with some confidence
- April 13 – May 12 – RESET The entire Whole30 program following all the rules and recommendations as defined by the Whole30 Reset. Daily accountability & motivation via group setting online (Facebook). We will also be meeting via Zoom once a week. No one wants to go through this alone.
- May 13 – May 25 – REINTRODUCTION – We will be working through the Fast Track reintroduce foods that were eliminated in a prescribed structure that is designed to help you with your habits and relationship with food.
- May 26 – Food Freedom – Access to our Life After Reset Group to continue on with support post reset.
